Job summary

TestHiring in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to generate new opportunities and grow our contracting and maintenance services. You will build relationships with clients and partners, prepare quotations, follow up inquiries, and close deals.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, and contributing to company growth through proactive outreach and effective presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales business development or customer relationship management.
• Experience in contracting construction or maintenance sector is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
