An exciting opportunity is available for a Representative VIII Sales, based in UAE, who will report directly to the Manager, GCC International Trade Services.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Representative VIII Sales to identify business opportunities, perform market research and analysis, establish contact, and develop relationships with prospects through meetings, calls, emails, etc., to close profitable deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Listing potential clients based on market research and developing a plan to gain access, repeating as necessary.
  • Approaching the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Engaging potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors, etc.).
  • Establishing a solid working relationship with clients based on mutual trust and loyalty, demonstrating ethical and honest behavior.
  • Maintaining clear records of received and processed inquiries and reporting on sales efforts.
  • Handling tender preparation and submission, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Meeting targeted conversion rates of inquiries, number of meetings/client interactions, and generated revenue.
  • Securing orders through proper follow-up with clients and supporting work orders until invoice collection.
  • Monitoring market trends regarding pricing developments, new projects, and competitor news.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations, invoicing, and collection teams to ensure no bad debts and to resolve any issues.
  • Managing key accounts through cross-selling and upselling all available services.
  • Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on the company's services and referring to the right sales channels for other services.
  • Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Handling customer complaints or objections and supporting their resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, work instructions, QHSE standards, ISO standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
  • 5 years of experience with a Degree OR 10 years with a Diploma.
  • Work experience in Product Certification and a recognized similar TIC industry.
