An exciting opportunity is available Representative VIII Sales, based in UAE who will report directly to Manager, GCC International Trade Services.
Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Representative VIII Sales who will Identifies business opportunities, performs market research and analysis, establishes contact, and develops relationships with prospects through Meetings, calls, emails, etc. to closes profitable deals.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
- Lists the potential clients based on the market research and develops a plan to gain access, repeating as necessary.
- Approaches the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Approaches the potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors… ETC)
- Establish a solid working relationship with the clients (based on mutual Trust and Loyalty), showing ethical and honest behaviour.
- Maintain clear records of received and processed enquiries and report on the sales effort that has been provided.
- Handles the tender preparation and submission, negotiates, and closes deals.
- Meet the targeted Conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/ client interactions and generated revenue.
- Secure the order by proper follow-up with the client and remain supportive of the work order until invoice collection.
- Keep a close eye on the market to report the status of the pricing developments, new projects, competitor news.
- Work closely with the operation team, invoicing and collection team ensuring there are no bad debts and clearing any bad dets.
- Manages key accounts by cross selling and upselling all available services.
- Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations on services provided by the company and refers to the right sales channel for other services.
- Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Handles customer complaints or objections and supports their resolution.
- Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, various ISO applicable standards and legal/ regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Degree OR Diploma in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- 5 years’ experience with Degree OR 10 years’ experience with a Diploma.
- Work experience in Product Certification and recognized similar TIC industry
