General Duties

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operations/business data to use in reports
• Working to request data from various departments
• Communicating data through reports and presentations to the management team
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to achieve the goals of the business
• Preparing MIS reports and other reports
• Generating regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments
• Validating the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and dashboards
• Collaborating with different teams to understand their reporting needs
• Maintaining and updating reporting systems and databases
• Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies
• Assisting in the development of new reporting tools and processes
• Gathering raw data from pertinent individuals in each department
• Collating such data to facilitate its interpretation
• Analyzing data, considering the influence of missing information, outliers, and confounding variables
• Reporting on insights obtained to inform business strategies
• Consulting on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data

Technical Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in report generation and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• MS Office expert
• Ability to work with large datasets and various data sources
• Familiarity with M365, SAP, and Salesforce environments
• Experience in network administration (Cisco), server maintenance, and user support
• Azure Administrator Associate and MCITP certifications are a plus

1 year of experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
