Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment to the component level, including variable speed drives, PLCs, touch-screen HMIs, and power supplies.
• Perform repairs on frequency drives, PCBs, servo drives, and other related equipment.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify logical testing and fault-finding approaches.
• Work with or without schematics to identify and rectify issues.
• Conduct soldering and reworking on SMD and through-hole components.
• Create, follow, and improve test procedures to ensure effective repairs.
• Use measurement tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes for diagnostics and testing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in PCB component-level repair.
• Expertise in repairing industrial electronic equipment, including AC and DC drives, VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Experience with component-level repairs of frequency drives, servo drives, and similar equipment.
• Strong hand soldering skills.
• Proven experience with component-level repairs.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
