The Rental & Transportation Manager leads the Commercial division focused on Rental & Transportation revenue, managing both permanent and operational staff. The role involves developing the company brand across multiple territories by executing strategic business plans, driving rental, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining financial health through strong lead generation, contract management, and collections monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial mandates, operations, and pipeline management.
• Mentor and drive team performance, addressing underperformance when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and quality standards.
• Monitor revenue, rental volumes, pricing structures, contract lifecycle, and collections.
• Develop customer engagement strategies and oversee sales of additional yield products.
• Manage operations & transportation including forecasting, supply, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Protect company commercial interests by reviewing costs, revenues, and risks.
• Collaborate with executive and departmental leadership to align strategies and improve processes.
• Set and monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, motivate staff, and promote team-building activities.
