We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant (Leasing/Rental Market) to join our dynamic and successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on leasing opportunities, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities:

1. Property Management: Coordinate with property owners to list and market available rental properties.
2. Tenant Screening: Conduct thorough tenant screening, including background checks, to ensure quality tenants.
3. Contract Management: Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
4. Ejari Registration: Facilitate the Ejari online registration process for leased properties.
5. Relations: Serve as a liaison between landlords and tenants, resolving any leasing disputes or issues.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, client interactions, and financial transactions.
7. Customer Service: Respond promptly to all inquiries, follow up with clients daily, and update CRM records regularly and accurately.
8. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure all transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
9. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
10. Financial Management: Handle the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate.
