Performance & Compliance

• Evaluate staff performance against goals and KPIs
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and legal requirements

Fleet & Revenue Optimization

• Position fleet effectively to maximize utilization and revenue
• Plan fleet mix and expansion in line with market demand and pricing strategies

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to assess market trends and competitor pricing
• Recommend promotions and sales incentives to boost rentals

Customer & Legal Affairs

• Handle customer care reports and recommend service improvements
• Oversee rental documentation and ensure full compliance with regulations

Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and train the rental team

Reporting & Decision-Making

• Present operational performance and propose action plans to the General Manager
