Job description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have experience in tile installation, masonry, painting, and general handyman tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tile Installation: Measure, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and other types of tile for floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces. Prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, grout, and finish as needed.
2. Masonry: Perform brick, stone, and concrete work including laying bricks and stones, repairing or rebuilding walls, sidewalks, driveways, and foundations. Ensure the integrity of masonry structures.
3. Painting: Prepare surfaces for painting, sanding, priming, cleaning, and apply paints, stains, or finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Ensure clean and smooth results. Perform touch-ups and repainting as required.
4. Handyman Services: Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing doors, windows, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and more. Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
5. General Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Provide ongoing repairs and improvements to residential or commercial properties.
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Always maintain a clean and organized work environment.
