You will be responsible for the success and development of a team of Renewals Sales Representatives, who drive customer retention, renewals, and growth for Splunk’s enterprise software solutions.

The role requires a customer-focused, operationally savvy individual who enjoys making data-driven decisions, collaborates with various stakeholders, sees the bigger picture, and can coach and mentor a team during its transformation journey.

Territory: Middle East & Africa, Turkey, CIS – subject to change.

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities
  • Strategic: Develop and execute a regional revenue retention plan aligned with organizational objectives. Support change management initiatives across the region.
  • Operational: Produce accurate regional forecasts, meet/exceed renewal targets and KPIs, reduce churn through risk mitigation, and streamline internal processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to mitigate renewal risks, develop account strategies, and collaborate with partners for optimal renewal execution.
  • Leadership: Hire, develop, and retain top renewal sales talent. Lead daily activities with a hands-on approach, fostering growth through coaching and performance evaluation.
Requirements
  • Focus on operational excellence.
  • Proven SaaS sales management experience with a track record of positive results.
  • Deep understanding of renewal metrics like renewal and churn rates, net growth.
  • Experience in a recurring revenue model, collaborating with account management, customer success, and operations.
  • Comfortable with managed change and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage an autonomous team and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
  • History of achieving targets and professional growth.
  • Languages: Native English; Arabic is desirable.
