What Does a Renewals Consultant Do?
The Renewals Consultant at IFZA plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely license renewals for existing clients. The position involves direct communication with professional partners, conducting follow-ups, addressing objections, and maintaining CRM accuracy. The consultant also participates in in-person meetings and supports licensees through all aspects of the renewal journey.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?

1. Notify clients and partners of upcoming renewal deadlines, following internal timelines
2. Handle escalated and complex renewal cases with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
3. Negotiate terms with partners to ensure the best outcomes for both parties
4. Analyze renewal trends and implement strategies to increase partner conversion rates
5. Monitor and update the CRM system to manage and track renewals effectively
6. Respond promptly to queries via email and other communication channels
7. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships
8. Host meetings and training sessions with partners to align expectations and performance
9. Support administrative and operational activities related to renewals and amendments
10. Perform additional job-related duties as required by management

• Industry experience in licensing, immigration, amendments, or cancellations is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience in client services or account management is preferred

• Full proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Confident communication skills across phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple renewals and meet deadlines
