Job summary

Infinity Power, a renewable energy company in Dubai, seeks an experienced Project Finance Manager to support the financing and delivery of renewable energy projects. The role covers financial structuring, modelling, investment analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and due diligence support through financial close.

Ideal candidate has strong project finance experience in renewables, power, or infrastructure, excellent modelling skills, and is preferably based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong project finance experience, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or a related industry.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of debt financing, project economics, and financial structures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project financing activities, including financial structuring and transaction execution.
• Develop, review, and maintain financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, financial advisors, and other external stakeholders.
• Support financing documentation, due diligence, and financial close processes.
• Evaluate project risks, financing assumptions, investment returns, and funding requirements.
• Work with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support project delivery.
