Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Develop recruitment plans based on the development needs of the business in the respective country, and oversee the end-to-end process of organizing interviews and onboarding.
  • Talent Management: Conduct talent assessments and organize training for business units; develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with organizational development and business models; provide professional support for business decision-making.
  • Organizational Efficiency Management: Analyze and optimize labor cost structures and per capita efficiency; implement local employee performance appraisal systems; drive performance feedback and improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Employee Relations Management: Handle employee relations to foster a positive organizational atmosphere; support global staff mobility; address employee concerns and mitigate labor risks; ensure compliance in human resource management and the fair cross-regional application of policies; facilitate smooth cross-cultural talent allocation.
  • Group Liaison and Communication: Serve as a link between the group and local teams to ensure smooth communication of group information, promote policy implementation, and advocate for corporate culture.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in human resources; experience supporting global teams or willingness to be globally mobile.
  • Skills: Ability to independently manage recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and other HR tasks; adaptability to cross-cultural management and expatriate support processes; proficiency in English as a working language (proficiency in additional languages is preferred); strong sense of responsibility and cross-cultural communication skills.
