You will assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness, and provide precise written feedback to improve model performance.

You will write rewrites and model answers, rate AI responses, and ensure reliability across diverse domains.

Qualifications

• Native Telugu reading and writing required.
• Strong English (C1) proficiency to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in language-focused work (QA, translation, editing, journalism, education).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard Telugu answers across domains.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank outputs for fluency, tone, culture, accuracy.
• Ensure Model Integrity: detect unsafe content, factual inaccuracies, bias, and policy risks.
