You will guide onboarding, maintain documentation, and drive scalable QA processes for distributed teams, while balancing English-language guidelines with Kannada-specific style requirements.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Kannada proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English skills to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of Kannada writing, editing, translation, localization, QA or related language-review work.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Kannada items, identify issues, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes.
• Question handling: respond clearly to glossary, wording, and cultural-context questions.
• Activation management: reach out to inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain Kannada project documentation and guides.
• Onboarding and training: run calls to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent use of Kannada guidelines across teams.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
