Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a STEM Specialist for a remote contract role. You will provide expert knowledge in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics to support cross-functional projects and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include analyzing problems, developing models, and communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences. A STEM degree and experience with Python, R, or MATLAB are required; Agile familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) or statistical software.
• Experience interpreting technical specifications, research papers, or industry standards.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum is a plus.
