Hire Feed is seeking a PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical) to work remotely on advanced engineering challenges across disciplines for a full-time role. You will design, simulate, and validate systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes translating theory into scalable solutions, conducting experiments, and preparing technical reports for leadership.

Qualifications

PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization in relevant engineering domains.
Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE.
Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements
Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability
Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems
