Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct a comprehensive review of the new client’s SEO proposal, project start details, client notes, and other relevant documentation.
  2. Collaborate with the Content, Link Building, Technical, and Citation team strategists to ensure they understand the client and project objectives.
  3. Participate in an internal kickoff meeting with the team and account manager to clarify the client’s goals, services, and allocated hours for SEO strategy implementation.
  4. Create and set up internal SEO project documentation in our project management software and Google Drive to facilitate team communication.
  5. Perform a strategy audit to identify issues affecting ranking, such as Google Penalties, poor backlinks, thin content, or unoptimized meta properties.
  6. Conduct keyword research focused on achieving client goals, emphasizing intent-based keywords to generate leads.
  7. Build or update the sitemap to include pages targeting the identified keywords.
  8. Develop an information content marketing strategy for national campaigns or lead generation.
  9. Break down the strategy into clear tasks, assign resources, and set deadlines for each.
  10. Estimate hours for new pages or content updates, prioritize quick wins, and assign tasks accordingly.
  11. Manage campaign expenses, ensuring work stays within budget on hours and costs.
  12. Monitor project progress, address delays or roadblocks, and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  13. Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices to inform client recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming, or web development.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web design processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff for tracking work hours.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
