Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Senior AML Compliance Manager to lead remediation initiatives across the GMLRO office and global compliance teams.

You will implement governance upgrades, oversee SARs/STRs handling, and prepare board reports on financial crime risks, supporting regional entities in a decentralized, matrixed structure. This remote‑first role offers exposure to multi‑jurisdictional compliance challenges and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial crime compliance / AML, 3+ years in global or multi-jurisdictional contexts
• Hands-on experience building or overhauling AML governance frameworks and policies
• Experience handling SARs/STRs and regulatory investigations
• Deep knowledge of global AML/CFT frameworks (FATF, KYC/KYB, EDD, sanctions)
• Background in a global crypto exchange, bank, or payments with multi-entity structures

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of remediation initiatives across Compliance and the GMLRO office
• Engage with global Compliance functions and regional teams on key projects
• Support governance forums and oversight programs across entities
• Prepare program oversight reporting and board reporting materials
• Oversee obligation mapping and horizon scanning for financial crime risks across regions
