Devop1 is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Partner for a 100% remote, freelance role. You will lead a team of recruiters, actively develop the business by bringing quality clients, and partner with customers to align hiring with strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Led teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
• Hunter mentality with a history of bringing quality clients.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Excellent data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers to support Talent Acquisition.
• Actively develop our business by bringing quality clients.
• Partner with customers to understand strategic hiring objectives and needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages per position requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide and facilitate negotiation through to completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to change management and company development.
