Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive a bank-wide procurement strategy and optimize vendor relationships. You will oversee RFPs, contract negotiations and demand planning while guiding a team to deliver maximum value across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement leadership, a finance/economics/business degree, and CIPS accreditation. Flexible and remote working options are available, with a focus on delivering best-in-class sourcing

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading a large procurement function.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
CIPS accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a Bank-wide procurement strategy to drive long-term value.
Create a pan-ADCB procurement framework to obtain best value across goods, services and IT projects.
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation and demand planning to maximise value for the Bank.
Collaborate with vendors to build long-term supply contracts and negotiate favorable terms.
Lead the team, set objectives, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budget.
