You will leverage statistical methods, machine learning, and customer data to identify at-risk segments, quantify retention risk, and translate outputs into actionable business recommendations for a remote, full-time role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (Data Science/Statistics/Math/CS).
• Significant experience in predictive modeling or churn analysis.
• Strong communication of technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL with large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain predictive churn models across customer segments.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement to identify churn indicators.
• Engineer features from structured and unstructured data.
• Apply ML techniques to improve churn prediction accuracy.
• Establish model development standards and evaluation frameworks.
• Validate model performance using metrics like ROC-AUC, F1, PR-AUC, lift.
