OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Business Development Expert (English) for a remote, part-time role evaluating AI-generated sales content and conversations. You will use real sales judgment to help improve how AI handles sales conversations and deal scenarios.

The work includes rating questions and answers, simulating prospecting and closing conversations, and sharing actionable feedback with other experts. Prior AI training exposure is not required.

Qualificações

• At least three years of hands-on sales and business development experience across multiple sectors or markets.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be able to explain decisions clearly and provide useful written feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Rate AI-generated sales and business development questions and answers.
• Simulate prospecting, relationship-building, objection-handling, lead-qualification, and closing conversations.
• Review scenarios across different industries and deal types.
• Document model strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Give structured feedback and recommendations based on sales best practices.
