Job summary

Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts to design and test Excel-based tasks for evaluating AI in Sales Ops. You will craft ARR waterfalls, commission models, and territory plans, drawing from real-world work to challenge AI systems.

This is a remote contractor role with immediate start and a 4–6 week duration, paying per task on a weekly cadence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, expert Excel skills, and strong English writing abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or SaaS finance for B2B teams.
• Deep hands-on Excel: ARR waterfalls, commission calculators, nested formulas, multi-criteria lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work and extend existing models.
• Work through each task to ensure a clear, correct answer.
• Define yes-or-no criteria precise enough for automated grading.
