Qualifications
- PhD required from an accredited institution.
- Experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB or SPICE.
- Ability to translate theory into practical scalable solutions.
- Experience with data analysis, statistics and experimental design.
- Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems per project needs.
- Conduct modeling and experimental validation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems.
