• Map counterparties and ownership structures ahead of meetings.
• Assemble briefing notes with key numbers and clear conclusions.
• Track regulatory steps from filing to outcome and flag changes.
• Write partner notes: two pages, plain language, clear call.
• Maintain records for quick answers to site or counterparty questions.
