Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager to lead major, complex construction projects in the Middle East. The role requires coordinating with site teams, engineering and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

The PM will travel to sites as needed, manage contracts, risks, and customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in project execution within a global power management environment.

Qualifications

• PM experience delivering large-scale projects in a construction environment.
• Electrical engineering background with datacenter or critical systems exposure.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across engineering, supply chain and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from PO to handover with focus on EHS, time, cost and quality.
• Manage project financials including revenue recognition, cash, risk and margin.
• Control customer contracts and ensure alignment with specifications.
• Act as main Eaton contact for customers, coordinating with regional sales and program teams.
• Identify and maintain risk registers; mitigate issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal engineering for deliverables and ensure datacenter knowledge applies.
