Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to act as the technical voice in sales, designing AV and integrated tech solutions and delivering demos and proofs of concept. You will prepare tender responses, provide technical documentation, and support post-sales activities.

You will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, translate complex tech into client-friendly content, and develop accurate cost estimates for design, coordination, and installation of AV systems.

Qualifications

Certifications from Crestron, Extron, QSC are standard
Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales engineering role
Experience designing and detailing audio-visual and integrated tech solutions

Responsibilities

Report to the Chief Revenue Officer on business strengths and improvement areas
Review quotations for accuracy, style, and fit with requirements
Prepare tender responses nationally including pricing and compliance documents
Coordinate with tender contacts to confirm requirements and questions
Collaborate with departments to gather information for timely responses
Answer technical questions and translate complex details into clear content
Prepare technical drawings and schematics (CAD/Visio) for review
Develop accurate cost estimates for design, coordination, and install of AV systems
Ensure bids are reviewed for technical suitability and commercial viability
Support project handovers with detailed client insights to delivery teams
Maintain templates and tools per the company style guide
Develop Pre-Sales Engineering standards including room designs
