Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Operations Supervisor based in United Arab Emirates. This remote leadership role focuses on scaling a distributed workforce, with duties in workforce planning, attendance, coaching, onboarding, and admin.

You will work with the Operations Manager to grow the operation toward 100 active agents, ensure 8-hour shifts, monitor performance, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations, workforce management, or related environment.
• Strong ability to manage distributed or remote teams while maintaining accountability for attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Experience monitoring performance against defined standards and providing coaching when issues arise.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain rosters, schedules, documentation, and records.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and operational tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage roster of active agents and coordinate timely replacements.
• Monitor attendance and schedules to ensure 8-hour shifts.
• Conduct daily test calls and quality checks against standards.
• Provide coaching and follow-up for quality or performance issues.
• Support growth to 100 active agents and manage onboarding/compliance.
• Calculate, prepare, and submit monthly invoices accurately.
