Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Production Manager to lead Productions, remotely or from our offices. You’ll onboard linguists, build quality control for dubs and audiobooks, and collaborate with product and engineering to optimize tools for high‑quality content in 15+ languages.

You’ll define editorial direction, style guides, voice casting, and adaptation standards to ensure natural, professional results, while guiding a global language team.

Qualifications

• Arabic native level is required or highly desired.
• Experience building/leading a production team in LSP, localization, media, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to give feedback to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Onboard linguists and Producers to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring for dubs/audiobooks to sound natural and professional.
• Collaborate with the Productions product and engineering teams to optimize tools and processes.
• Define editorial line and set creative direction (style guides, voice casting, translation/adaptation).
