Job summary

MY.GAMES is seeking a mobile game designer to help build and prototype engaging experiences across PC/console/mobile. You will research markets, craft core loops, and write GDDs, collaborating with producers, developers, artists, and analysts.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mobile design experience and a knack for pitching ideas, validating with prototypes and AI-assisted tools. Remote, global collaboration across hubs and studios is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a game designer on mobile games.
• Solid understanding of hybrid-casual and/or midcore project specifics.
• Ability to pitch a game idea clearly and quickly.
• Know-how in validating ideas through prototypes and playtests.
• Not afraid to push new ideas and back them up with solid arguments.
• Experience using AI tools to generate fakeshots, prototypes, and documentation.
• A genuine love for playing games.

Responsibilities

• Research the mobile games market and track emerging trends.
• Scout promising game mechanics with real growth potential.
• Build concepts and GDDs for new games — core loop, USP, target audience, references, and risks.
• Drive prototypes: brief the team, test hypotheses, and sharpen gameplay feel.
• Analyze test results, metrics, and player feedback.
• Partner closely with producers, developers, artists, and analysts.
• Join brainstorms and help the team land on strong ideas fast — and bring them to life.
