Chalhoub Group in United Arab Emirates seeks a Merchandise Planner to create and maintain demand forecasts, OTB, and inventory plans across fashion channels. You will collaborate with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce to inform strategies that drive profitable decisions and inventory health.

You will develop stock plans by brand and channel, oversee allocation and replenishment, and contribute to S&OP data preparation.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in merchandise and supply planning.
• Hands-on expertise with planning tools and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage seasonal and permanent product planning cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field as listed.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail for data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Create & maintain demand forecast, OTB and inventory plans by collaborating with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce teams.
• Utilize sales data, market conditions, and supplier inputs to inform merchandise strategies.
• Develop stock and supply plans at the brand level, broken down by channel and brand.
• Oversee store allocation and replenishment parameters for fashion.
• Prepare and input data for S&OP processes ensuring alignment across demand, supply and financial objectives.
• Build capacity plans accounting for supply chain, logistics and vendor constraints.
• Manage markdown and liquidation plans to optimize inventory turnover and protect margin.
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain healthy relationships and align on supply requirements.
• Identify ageing stock and execute liquidation strategies to improve inventory health.
• Validate order requests and synchronize with Order Management for timely execution.
• Monitor planning KPIs and conduct post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement.
