Job summary

Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Medical Scribe to support physicians with documentation and patient rounding in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will transcribe and organize physician dictations into structured notes, review patient concerns and lab data, and ensure patient records are accurately updated within the PCC EMR system while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background with experience in medical documentation.
• Deep understanding of medical terminology and patient care workflows.
• Proven experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to interpret physician dictation with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with daily patient documentation and progress notes.
• Transcribe and organize physician dictations into structured clinical notes.
• Review and summarize patient concerns, vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic data.
• Navigate and update patient records within the PCC EMR system.
• Provide real-time clinical support during patient rounding.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
