Job summary

MaxAccelerate Technology Group is seeking IBM Maximo Technical Developers for enterprise projects with Everest. This developer-focused role (80% development / 20% support) offers a remote French-speaking option and potential relocation to Dubai with sponsorship after probation.

Open to contract or permanent hiring based on candidate preference, with ITIL-aligned processes and a strong focus on MAS, MBOs, and BIRT/COGNOS reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Maximo technical development
• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
• Strong skills in automation scripting, MBO customization (Java), and App Designer
• Proficiency in BIRT reporting; familiarity with COGNOS preferred
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Exposure to ITIL processes

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Maximo applications to align with client business requirements
• Customize workflows, MBOs, automation scripts, and UI components
• Develop and maintain BIRT reports (COGNOS is a plus)
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders
• Participate in low-volume ticket support and bug fixing (20%)
• Adhere to ITIL-aligned change and incident management processes
• Architect and lead custom Maximo solutions and integrations
• Develop complex BIRT and COGNOS reports for enterprise reporting needs
• Design and manage integrations via MIF, REST/SOAP, or ESBs
• Mentor mid-level developers and conduct code reviews
• Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders
