Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced health campaign managers to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs for public agencies, health systems, or NGOs, with 4+ years of writing experience across risk-communication and health guidance. The role offers flexible, remote work of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, at $90/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public health communications, health journalism, or a public-agency communications role.
• Direct ownership of writing risk-communication or health-guidance materials for a public or clinical audience.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Cover outbreak/risk-communication messaging, plain-language health guidance, and media statements.
• Develop and polish stakeholder briefing documents and surveillance/reach reporting.
