Job summary

Planet is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Civil Government, to manage and expand relationships with public sector entities across EMEA. You will maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, supporting critical applications such as environmental monitoring and emergency response.

The role is full-time and remote based in the United Arab Emirates, with optional office 3 days a week if nearby. Travel to connect with customers is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with government entities and complex procurement cycles.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills across ministries and agencies.
