Job summary

Binance is seeking a strategic communications leader in Dubai to drive executive thought leadership, media relations, and corporate messaging across global markets. You will coordinate speaker programs, secure high-profile media opportunities, and align campaigns with legal and compliance teams.

A strong focus on AI-enabled production workflows and tool procurement will be essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect brand trust, manage awards programs, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations or project/program management environments.
• Experience in fintech/tech/crypto fast-paced industries preferred.
• Collaborative mindset focused on team success.
• Strategic and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Understanding of the creative process including static and video production.
• Hands-on experience with SOP development and complex problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana with automation, dashboards and integrations.
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows and familiarity with LLM tools.
• Ability to evaluate, procure and onboard creative tools and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Binance speaker program and secure high-impact speaking engagements.
• Develop newsworthy stories and secure earned media across key channels.
• Maintain executive speaker bench and ensure consistent messaging.
• Deliver industry insights to strengthen Binance’s market position.
• Build and expand media relationships with top business, finance, tech, and crypto outlets.
• Secure interviews, op-eds and feature stories for spokespeople.
• Organize media events during key conferences and campaigns.
• Support corporate announcements and partnerships with cross-team alignment.
• Evolve Binance’s master messaging architecture for internal and external use.
• Craft cohesive stories for core priorities with legal/compliance alignment.
• Own Binance’s presence in major industry rankings and awards databases.
