KodeKloud is seeking a Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team. You will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple global entities, focusing on operational accounting, compliance, and accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage records, payments, and monthly close in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations for the UAE entity and support Group Finance.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and corporate policies.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
