Sarwa is a remote-first wealth platform with a Abu Dhabi office. We are expanding our backend engineering team to flesh out APIs, data pipelines and domain logic that power thousands of users’ financial lives.

Ideal candidates have strong Python/Go experience, knowledge of microservices and domain-driven design, and excellent teamwork and communication skills to help build robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python/Go and backend frameworks in production with sizable user base or high data volume.
• Strong problem-solving skills to build robust, scalable systems.
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, caching and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front line solving technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain a microservice architecture across Investing, Trading, Account Management, Funding.
