Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach to help clients — including children, teens, parents, and professionals — develop greater self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and social skills. This is a freelance/contract role with opportunities to design and deliver personalised coaching programmes, including sessions at home, online, or in schools.

Applicants should have EQ coaching qualifications and be familiar with validated EQ tools.

Qualifications

• Coaching qualifications with EQ focus are required.
• Certification in an EQ assessment tool is required.
• At least 2 years of EQ coaching or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EQ assessments using validated tools (e.g. EQ-i 2.0).
• Design and deliver personalised EQ coaching programmes.
• Help clients develop self-awareness, self-regulation and empathy.
• Teach emotional literacy, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Work with children and teens to build social-emotional competencies.
• Support adults and parents in emotionally intelligent communication.
• Facilitate group EQ workshops for schools or families where applicable.
