• Experience in document review, data quality, QA, privacy, compliance or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of Personally Identifiable Information and responsible data handling practices.
• Experience conducting quality spot-checks or auditing large volumes of documents or data.

Responsibilities

• Review documents containing Personally Identifiable Information for accuracy, completeness and handling.
• Examine transformed documents to determine whether sensitive information has been processed correctly.
• Conduct systematic spot-checks across document sets to identify missed information and transformation errors.
• Detect inconsistencies affecting data quality, formatting, structure or privacy.
• Flag potential privacy concerns and clearly identify affected content.
• Verify transformations preserve required information while protecting sensitive data.
• Document review findings clearly and provide concise rationale.
