Tether is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams build, review, test, and deliver reliable software with reduced friction. Focus areas include desktop/mobile applications, AI harness, and shared runtime among distributed teams.

You will develop and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation, with a hands-on role shaping the tooling roadmap.

Formación

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for tooling development.
• Experience integrating AI coding tools or agents into developer workflows.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging in build/test environments.
• Commitment to code quality with maintainable, well-tested solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents to support engineering workflows.
• Build and operate agents in CI/CD pipelines to diagnose failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity and performance regressions.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with teams, document procedures, and drive tool adoption.
