Zusammenfassung

Ethos is seeking experienced credit analysts to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across DCF models, trading comps, credit risk memos, and LBO analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency for institutional clients.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation of $100 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (DCF valuation, comps, credit memos, LBOs).
• Train and validate outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency for institutional stakeholders.
