We are seeking a senior creative leader to guide concept-driven campaigns, direct art direction for digital-first projects, and drive innovative storytelling across time zones while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or in-house teams.
• Portfolio showcasing concept-first thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a creative workflow.
• Passion for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop compelling digital campaigns.
• Lead art direction for campaigns and video concepts from ideation to execution.
• Design digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks.
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity.
• Build and present creative decks communicating concepts and strategy.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Project Managers across time zones.
• Manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
