Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a CMA Exam Trainer / Finance Instructor to deliver structured CMA exam preparation and teach core management accounting and finance concepts through live online sessions.

The ideal candidate brings CMA familiarity and solid teaching skills, with experience in online platforms (Zoom/Teams, LMS). This part-time, fully remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to impact candidate outcomes globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or business.
3+ years in management accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
Experience teaching or tutoring for professional finance exams.
CMA qualification or active CMA preferred.
Excellent English communication (speaking and writing).
Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with exam-style questions and financial calculations.
Proficient with Zoom, Teams, LMS, digital whiteboards.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Able to motivate students and maintain engagement.
Experience with CMA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA or similar is advantageous.
Experience creating online learning content and mock exams is advantageous.
Professional finance or teaching certifications advantageous but not required beyond CMA.

Responsibilities

Deliver CMA prep classes via live online sessions and workshops.
Teach CMA topics: financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and decision analysis.
Develop lesson plans, study guides, quizzes, and case studies.
Explain concepts with practical business examples.
Guide students through exam-style questions and mock exams.
Teach exam techniques and time management.
Assess understanding with quizzes and assignments.
Provide feedback and track progress.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend study plans.
Monitor attendance and exam readiness.
Provide one-to-one or small-group support.
Stay current with CMA content and curriculum updates.
Ensure materials are accurate and CMA-aligned.
Incorporate real-world financial analysis into lessons.
Encourage critical thinking and application over memorization.
Conduct revision sessions and mock examinations.
Respond to student questions via approved platforms.
Collaborate with coordinators to improve course structure.
Develop digital course materials and resources.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and materials.
