Job summary

Magic, a hospitality group based in the UAE, seeks a ClickUp Administrator. This remote role involves architecting and managing ClickUp workspaces while supporting executive operations.

The ideal candidate will excel in calendar management, email communications, and SOP documentation, ensuring alignment with marketing and operational goals. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with compensation starting at $7.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/administering ClickUp for multi-team organizations.
• Experience supporting founders or executives with calendar and inbox management.
• Proven experience in SOP creation and process documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong business writing skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with task/calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ClickUp workspaces per executive specifications.
• Deliver daily briefings based on priorities and project roadmaps.
• Manage complex calendar schedules, resolving conflicts as needed.
• Monitor emails and draft communications on behalf of the executive.
• Document SOPs and propose process improvements.
