1. **Certifications and Technical Skills**:

– Cisco Certifications: Must hold relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, etc.

– Networking Skills: Deep understanding of configuring and troubleshooting networking technologies and protocols in the area of Enterprise Infrastructure, Service Provider, Security, SDN, and Automation

– Up-to-Date Knowledge: Current with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends. (Automation, Programmability, SD-WAN, SD-Access, AI…)

– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

– Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in teaching, deploying and managing Cisco networks.

2. **Teaching and Training Experience**:

– Training Delivery: Proven experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or courses.
