Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks a Chemistry QA Lead to oversee the quality of AI training chemistry materials. You will review items, verify chemical reasoning, and ensure accuracy across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry domains.

The role requires at least 3 years in chemistry-related work and strong English feedback skills. This is a remote contract-based engagement with emphasis on rubrics and scalable QA workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in chemistry research, lab work, teaching, or quality control.
• Strong English communication for interpreting and giving feedback.
• Solid understanding of general, organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibrium, and spectroscopy.
• Ability to review equations, units, and scientific conclusions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review AI training items against rubrics and quality requirements.
• Evaluate scientific accuracy, reasoning, and unit consistency.
• Check stoichiometry, concentrations, yields, and thermodynamic results.
• Assess reaction mechanisms, reagents, products, and molecular transformations.
• Provide precise written feedback and escalate critical issues.
