Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and thoroughly explained responses to advanced chemistry questions.
• Build answers from established chemical principles, sound methodology, and relevant evidence.
• Explain equations, reactions, mechanisms, assumptions, and conclusions in a logical sequence.
• Review chemistry datasets, prompts, questions, solutions, and supporting information.
• Detect factual errors, incomplete reasoning, incorrect calculations, and misleading terminology.
• Verify that technical content reflects accepted scientific knowledge and current professional practice.
• Develop comprehensive explanations across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and materials chemistry.
• Adapt technical depth and vocabulary to suit students, researchers, industry professionals, or general audiences.
• Create benchmark golden responses that demonstrate the expected standard for AI-generated chemistry content.
• Ensure reference answers are consistent, reproducible, and suitable for future annotation work.
• Document the scientific context and rationale supporting each response.
• Clarify ambiguous questions and state necessary assumptions before reaching a conclusion.
• Compare alternative solution methods and explain why a selected approach is appropriate.
