Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in biology research or related field.
- Strong English communication for guidelines and feedback.
- Understanding of cell biology, genetics, molecular biology and physiology.
- Experience leading or supporting QA teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review biology AI training items against rubrics and quality standards.
- Evaluate scientific accuracy and biological reasoning in submissions.
- Assess content across cell biology, genetics, microbiology, ecology, evolution and biochemistry.
- Check calculations, units, and scientific notation.
- Provide precise written feedback and escalate when needed.
- Maintain documentation and calibration workflows.
